Thousands of people every year report seeing a large, hair covered, man-like creature roaming the forests. Untold scores more keep the encounter to themselves and don't share their experience with anyone. We here at the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center hope to encourage people to come forward.
The Mid-America Bigfoot Research Center has its roots in almost 20 years of investigating the Bigfoot Mystery. Started by Darren (DW) Lee, the MABRC outgrew several of its incarnations as membership expanded geographically. In 2006 and 2007 the MABRC as it is known now was launched and currently boasts members from all walks of life from Florida to British Columbia. With teams of Field Researchers deployed on a monthly basis and individual investigators updating their information daily, the MABRC is one of the precious few organizations attempting to document evidence of a North American Ape. By striving to be the best in research, by leading the way in protocols and procedures and maintaining the highest levels of ethics and professionalism, the MABRC hopes to lead all Bigfoot enthusiasts in the right direction.
