Went to the top of the mountain in the new area this evening and left the recorder for another overnight session. Will retrieve it tomorrow morning.

I have quickly skimmed through the 14 hours of audio recorded last night. There does not appear to be anything substantial thus far. There are a couple of things which occurred. This first one sounds like a distant vocal of some kind.I have boosted the audio.

This next one is a distant owl call. While this was goiong on something walked into the vicinity of the recorder.Audio also boosted on this one.

Finished listening to the audio last night. Here are the results.Wasnt a whole lot and what there is was nothing mind blowing just some curiousities. Was hoping to get more footsteps but was not to be.Its supposed to be a glorious weekend here so I may place this out again this week.

This could be an owl but it also sounds like 2 whoops

A lone howl then other coyotes join in until the passing airplane drowns them out

Not sure what this is.At the end it sounds like a faint knock.
