How can we come up with a system to get equipmentwhere it's needed? As many of us know Squatching can be expensive...I often suggest taking out a second morgatge to be able to pay for all of the items that one needs. To make matters worse many of us do not use our equipment much more than once a month which can make it even harder to justify buying more expensive items.

Is there a way we can defray some of the cost by creating a sytem in which someone going on an expedition may pay for the shipping? Some items would be very inexpensive to ship like memory cards and flash drives. Other items like recording devices or cameras would weigh well under a pound and would be less than $8.00 to ship but would be an invaluable asset.

Any ideas and input on how to set up a framework for this system would be very welcome.

Thank you!

Yes I would be glad to lend out some of my equipment and I bet there are others as well. I didn't know if we should try to set up a chain of command where we send equipment to state directors or send directly to individuals. I was just wanted to come up with some type of group consensus on what would be fair to everyone.

I have two Zoom h2 recorders (theese are great) with 2 4gb and 2 16gb sdhc cards
Several Night vision cameras--Sony with 2gb and 8gb pro duo card
cheap night vision googles
night vision monocular
20+ hairtrap bags--easier to look at and see how it works than to explain
and many other items as well...
